Beta Gymnastics & calisthenics · FAR Method

Stronger, phase by phase.

FAR Training lays gymnastics and calisthenics out as a track of phases. Short daily missions, parallel lines climbing together, and a test at the end of each phase you either pass or repeat.

  • 6 programs live
  • 99 daily challenges
  • 10 min a normal session

The problem

Without structure, you stall at the same level for months.

You train and train and you still cannot tell whether you are closer to your first Toes to Bar or going in circles. Gymnastics does not move on motivation. It moves on a clear order and proof you got past it.

01

No track to follow

You jump from exercise to exercise with nothing behind the order. Nothing tells you what comes before, and nothing tells you what comes next.

02

Nothing to measure

There is no way to tell whether this week beats last month. Without a pass mark, progress is a feeling.

03

It does not stick

Motivation runs out before the technique arrives. You put in weeks and quit just short of the movement.

How it works

From your first hang to your first Toes to Bar.

Four steps and one track: a path you can actually walk every day.

  1. 1

    Pick your track

Start with one movement. Six programs are live across gymnastics and calisthenics, each its own track. Train the one that pulls you, at your pace.

  2. 2

Follow the track, session by session

Each phase opens daily missions with the exact dose for the day: sets, rest, and how to execute. Parallel lines climb together, one colour per day.

  3. 3

    Pass the phase test

At the end of a phase there is one criterion: hold the seconds or repeat the phase. Those you mark yourself. The skill the program is named after is the one that needs a video, and a coach decides whether it passed.

  4. 4

Watch every track move on the Roadmap

Your level is different in each movement. The Roadmap puts every track in one place, shows the next target, and counts what you have done: phases, checkpoints, PRs.

Programs

Six programs live. More on the way.

Each program is a full track, from where you are now to the movement itself. Written by a coach, not scraped into a list of exercises.

Gymnastics

  • Live

    First Kipping Toes to Bar

Hollow, swing and compression, until your toes touch the bar for real.

    6 phases Gymnastics

  • Live

    Kipping Toes to Bar Resistance

You have one. Now link them: rhythm, hip drive and a kip that survives a set.

    2 phases Gymnastics

Calisthenics

  • Start here

    Push Up

From zero to a clean chest-to-floor rep, then past it. No equipment.

    6 phases Calisthenics

  • Live

    Strict Pull Up

From a dead hang to your first rep with no kick, through negatives, bands and isometric holds.

    7 phases Calisthenics

  • Live

    Strict Pull Over

From a hang to a front support, no kip. Best with strict pull ups already in the bank.

    4 phases Calisthenics

  • Live

    L-Sit

From a dead hang to a locked, legs-out hold, then hold it longer.

Beyond the board

The track is the spine. There is more attached to it.

Everything below ships in the app today. Most of it pays XP, and all of it runs on the same honor system as the phase tests.

  • Tower Climbing

A 10 minute EMOM ladder over four moves: push ups, strict pull ups, air squats and v-ups. Clear a level, climb. Levels stay gated until you get there, and you record your own result.

    15 XP a level
  • Streak

Counted in UTC days. Three freezes cover the days you miss, and each one grows back over a week. The streak bonus steps up every 10 days and dies with the streak.

  • Daily challenge

A different challenge every day, from a rotation of 99.

    5 XP
  • Core circuits

Short circuits when the track alone is not enough.

    5 XP
  • Stretch routines

Five, ten or fifteen minutes, guided.

    5 XP
  • Global ranking

Four boards: XP, streak, movements and PRs. The day to day numbers are self-declared, and a skill only counts once a coach has validated the video.

  • Feed

Posts, likes and comments. Hit a streak milestone, a PR or a phase test and it lands in the feed on its own.

  • Achievements

    Nine to collect.

  • Movement library

Every movement in the catalog, with how to do it.

  • Personal records

Log your PRs and watch the numbers move.

Why FAR

Built for the long run. No shortcuts on offer.

  • Proven, not claimed

Day to day you mark your own tests. Nobody is ticking boxes for you. But the moment that counts, the skill itself, needs a video. It goes to a coach and comes back validated or rejected. That is why the leaderboard means something.

  • Progress you can measure

Every phase has a pass mark. You hold the 20 seconds or you repeat the phase. You always know where you stand.

  • No fancy gym

A bar, a couple of bands and your bodyweight. Train wherever you are, without machines or a membership.

  • Consistency over intensity

Sessions run about ten minutes, and never more than fifteen. Built to survive months, not to wreck you on a Saturday.

For coaches

FAR Coach

Your athletes join with a code. From then on you see the roster, who is slipping, and what to send them.

  • Needs attention flags the new joiners, anyone idle three to six days, and anyone gone a week. Nudge them from the same screen.
  • Write your own programs, prescribe them to an athlete, and message them directly.
  • Post announcements to the whole roster when something changes.
  • Analytics on active athletes, average streak, checkpoints in the last seven days and average completion.
